whole amount, the whole of the shares, have been paid up and that there is nothing due on the shares, and that the only recourge against the person is an action on the particular document.

The total amount of cnsh they had purported to make was 7 lakhs, although the total actual cash would apear to b well under 1 lakh. The particular case of $480,000.00 which was purported to have been received, $48, 000, 00 of which the Commany actually o-ed to Mrs. Brewer,

Then this fictitious transection of $432,000.00 loạn which app^ars in th statement filed with the Registrar as actual cash re ceived. That is th case for the Crown.

Mr. Brw r was th manager C th Company and the President, the life and soul of the Company. He knew everything that was going on and knew perfectly well that no cash for this amount was received. The statement made by him was false to his knowledge
